Decathlon Planning Application

Europe's number one sport retailer, with over 1176 stores across Europe, Asia & South America, has put a planning application for a outlet at Unit 1B, Bradbeers Retail Park. (Next to Smyths) Variation of Condition 8 attached to Planning Permission, to enable the sale of sports and outdoor pursuits goods, equipment and associated products and services from Unit 1B at Bradbeers Retail Park. Hard Wok Kafe Planning Application

As you know, Gossip in the village has been previously alot of shops before but with the same owner. Adventure Golf Planning Application

The Hedge End Golf Centre has put a planning application to change the current pitch and put and chipping green to an adventure golf course. Maypole Roundabout Roadworks

Please be aware the one lane is closed from Lower Northam Road, Grange Road & Botley Road aswell as one lane closed around the roundabout. Delays at peak times.

Heath House Lane Roadworks

From the roundabout at Kings Cospe Avenue to the bend at Heath House Lane, works start from 21st August for 12 weeks. This is due to Sunday's Hill Bypass being contructed from the other end! We do not know about temp lights, lane closures yet, so please check twitter for future updates.

East Sovereign Drive Housing Development

Residential development comprising 106 dwelling units, new access from Sovereign Drive, new roads, public open space, landscaping and drainage works following demolition of 47 Sovereign Drive, 1 Precosa Road and Hatts Copse House. Where the Sov Drive & Precosa Road meet, their will either be a roundabout or crossroads as implied on the map. Little Hats Mystery

Little Hats playground have be cut down so there are no play equipment to go on. We currently do not know why but we guess that housing will be placed on the land. This isnt to do with the housing above as the final houses as the housing finish in the field west of the park.
