Hampshire Constabulary

Have you seen this man?
Hampshire Constabulary would like to speak to the man captured in this CCTV image after a vehicle was broken into on Priory Road, Southampton just after 5am on Wednesday 31 May.
You can see him here, looking up at the owner’s house just before he attempts to break into their car.
Luckily, he gets caught on camera...
